A state-of-the art program including dynamic training in health and stress management designed to improve personal health and performance. An intensive Stress and Performance Seminar over two days in a quiet and inspiring environment off-site, is followed by three half-day sessions, during the same week, at Smart Performance Health Center in Geneva. The program includes personal evaluations and interviews, deep-breathing and relaxation techniques, physiological assessments and practical self-awareness exercises for personal health, stress and life management. This unique program, centered on the most recent psychological, behavioral and medical know-how, provides participants with practical knowledge and skills to balance pressure and performance. Participants will learn how to manage their private and professional lives effectively in order to maintain their health and performance levels at optimal levels.
