In Situ Analysis is a diagnostic management tool which analyzes, synthesizes and provides conclusions and recommendations for improving team performance and quality of life. A quantitative and qualitative evaluation of key organizational parameters is carried out based on input collected from team members in the form of a specialized questionnaire and individualized, confidential interviews. An in-depth analysis and synthesis of this input is then carried out and the overall results are presented to the team during an interactive workshop.
